An 8 Week Stress Management Program 

A Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Group Process 

 

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, an International yoga therapy school, developed a program to help people reduce stress through a group facilitated process of mindfulness yoga & meditation.  The findings have been spectacular:

A: Groups meet 1x / week for 2.5 hours + 1 Silent Retreat day
