Are you Stressed?  Take this simple test.

 

Rate each item on a scale of 0 to 10 in terms of how it describes you in this moment.  ’0′ would be “Does not describe me at all”, ’5′ would be “Sometimes describes me”, ’10′ would be “Always describes me”.

Results:  If you scored 0 to 30, the stress in your life is high and you’re probably experiencing one or more symptoms.  If you scored 31 to 60, you could probably use more joy & direction in your life, but you may not notice you feel all that stressed out.  If you scored 61 to 100, send me your secrets to a stress-less life!
